Best Deals in North Idaho

I ran across a post recently suggesting that we place a list of the top deals in our market.  (When I find the post again I will put a link to it.)  The idea behind the Best deals list is not to push our own listings but rather the best deals in our market. 

 The homes that appear here may be for sale by owner , bank owned or another agents listing.  Agents if you have a listing that you think should appear on my list please let me know.  It can be in any price bracket but it has to be an obviously good deal.
