Buyers follow through the whole home buying process like detectives on a case deducing that if they find one thing wrong that it leads to many more hidden problems. \u00a0Most of us live in our homes and they are typically not showroom perfect.\u00a0 I feel it is important to share the stumbling blocks with my sellers. It is much better to tell my sellers that the cat box smells than to have a whole group of buyers remember it only as the stinky house that must have a lot of maintenance problems if they didn\u2019t change the cat box regularly\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wish stories like this weren\u2019t common in my line of work.
